"Unfortunately I hit a deer that caused considerable damage to my car. I thought “here we go”, this is going to take a lot of time and effort , on my part, to get it fixed. I made one call to my State Farm agent, Trish Rayer, and everything was handled immediately. I even had the car rental company call me. I took the car to one of their authorized service garages. I thought I wouldn’t see my car for a week or two. I took the car in on a Monday afternoon and was able to get it back on Friday afternoon. Wow! Great job Trish, great job State Farm! I think it is rare to get that kind of service anymore.

"I was with Michael Szafranski State Farm for about three years until I switched to a new agent last week. I tried for the last two pay cycles to get an answer as to why my bill had gone up about $50 a month (with no incidents/tickets on my part) and both representatives that I talked to said they had to contact billing and would call me back. I never heard anything back from either representative. That on top of calling and constantly getting their voicemail, was very frustrating. The new State Farm agent was able to take one look at my renewal and give me advice on how to get the bill reduced back to the initial price that I had been paying. I was very pleased with them up until this instant but the way my questions were handled was very poor."
